Metrorail and bus service remains suspended Tuesday morning

The Metro system won't resume service Tuesday morning as a result of worsening weather conditions. Officials said Metrorail and bus service would remain suspended because of Hurricane Sandy. An announcement on when service might be restored will be made after Metro officials assess damage and weather conditions in the morning.
