I-395 seriously delayed after car fire, medic rescue near Shirlington


After a car that caught on fire in the HOV lanes of I-395 near Shirlington, one of the responding paramedics fell into Four Mile Creek, requiring a rescue operation that has backed up traffic on the highway in both directions. Watch washingtonpost.com/drgridlock for more.
