EmployInsight, with nine employees, creates computer programs that help employers better evaluate their workers. Glass's first company, Higher One, an online financial services company that serves colleges and universities, went public in 2010, was once valued at over $1 billion. At market close on Tuesday, Higher One's market capitalization was $868.7 million. Glass has also invested in several other D.C. companies, including Contactually and Spinnakr.
