Terms and Conditions:
Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 7 days prior to departure, but no later than 9:59pm CT on October 3, 2011. Sample fares shown are based on required roundtrip booking for economy class travel on Virgin America.
Travel days/dates: Lowest sale fares are available for travel through November 8, 2011 and for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays only. For travel to/from Puerto Vallarta, travel must occur between December 2, 2011 and March 14, 2012. For travel to/from Palm Springs, travel must occur between December 15, 2011 and February 15, 2012. For all other routes, travel must occur between October 3, 2011 and February 15, 2012.
Blackout dates: For travel to/from Puerto Vallarta, blackout dates are December 16, 2011 through January 4, 2012, February 17, 2012 and February 20, 2012. For travel to/from Palm Springs, blackout dates are December 16-17, 2011, December 23-24, 2011, December 26, 2011 and January 2, 2012. For all other routes, blackout dates are November 18 through November 29, 2011 and December 16, 2011 through January 4, 2012.
Min./max. stay: No minimum stay requirements or maximum stay restrictions apply.
*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $30 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.
Other conditions: Puerto Vallarta service is subject to government approval. Schedules, fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Lower fares may be available. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
