---------------------------------------- Local Commuter Alert: Maryland will increase tolls; prices for some bridges doubling September 22, 2011 10:14:25 AM ---------------------------------------- Motorists will pay higher tolls on Maryland bridges, tunnels and highways beginning Nov. 1. The nine-member board of the Maryland Transportation Authority voted unanimously to raise tolls on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge from $2.50 to $4 and on the Gov. Harry Nice bridge from $3 to $4.
