*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment (defined as one takeoff and one landing); Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $30 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.
Other conditions: Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Lower fares may be available. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your booking decision.
AirTran Airways:
Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 10 days in advance of travel for domestic travel, but no later than 11:59pm CT on October 27, 2011. Sample fares shown are based on roundtrip booking for economy class travel on AirTran Airways.
Travel days/dates: Domestic travel is valid from November 4 through March 7, 2012. San Juan and Puerto Rico travel is valid from November 4 through February 15, 2012. International travel is valid from November 4 through December 21, 2011. For domestic fares shown, travel is valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. For San Juan and Puerto Rico fares shown, travel is valid on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For international fares shown, travel is valid on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Additional travel is valid on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, but fares are slightly higher.
Blackout dates: Domestic travel: November 23, November 26 - November 28, 2011; December 22, 2011 - January 3 2012, and February 16 - February 20, 2012. International travel: November 23, November 26, and November 28, 2011. Travel to/from New Orleans, LA is not available from February 14 through February 26, 2012.
Min./max. stay: No minimum stay requirements or maximum stay restrictions apply.
American Airlines:
Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 10 days in advance of travel for domestic travel, but no later than 11:59pm CT on October 27, 2011. Sample fares shown are based on required roundtrip booking for economy class travel on American Airlines or American Eagle.
Travel days/dates: Fares are valid for travel November 5, 2011, through March 7, 2012. Fares are valid for travel Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday; other days are subject to higher fares.
Blackout dates: Fares are not valid for travel November 18-19, 23, 26-28, 2011; December 22, 2011, through January 3, 2012; and February 16, 17, 20, 2012.
Min./max. stay: Up to a Saturday-night minimum stay may be required, based on travel days.
