	Wednesday, October 26, 2011 11:45:01 AM ECONOMY/BUSINESS NEWS ALERT SEC files insider trading charges against former Goldman Sachs director The Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday charged former Goldman Sachs director Rajat Gupta with insider trading for tipping Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam while he was a board member of Goldman Sachs and Procter & Gamble, the SEC said in a statement.
