Road closings, Metro changes for Inauguration Day

Many streets surrounding the National Mall and the Inaugural parade route down Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed on Monday. Traffic will be diverted from the 14th Street and Roosevelt bridges; Memorial Bridge is restricted to pedestrians and authorized vehicles.
