Coupon Offers: Book a participating Orbitz hotel or qualifying cruise by August 31, 2011, and receive coupons for: (a) $20 off a new hotel booking of two (2) or more nights, and (b) $100 off a new flight + hotel booking of four (4) or more nights. Coupon offer is valid only for new cruise bookings made with Orbitz Cruises by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time 8/31/2011 for cruises departing between 8/18/2011 and 12/31/2011. Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 7 days in advance of travel, but no later than 11:59pm CT on August 31, 2011. Sample fares shown are one-way based on required round-trip booking for Economy Class travel on Virgin Atlantic Airways.
Travel days/dates: Fares are valid for travel on Monday through Wednesday. Travel must be completed by December 19, 2011.
Blackout dates: No blackout dates apply.
Min./max. stay: A Saturday night minimum stay is required and a maximum stay of 12 months is permitted.
*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $50 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.
