All lanes of inner loop have reopened

The inner loop of the Beltway has reopened after authorities cleared two separate accidents involving tractor-trailers and fuel spills.
Maryland State Police said spilled fuel had to be removed from both accident sites, complicating the clean-up process and causing major delays throughout the morning.
