Southbound I-95 to be closed through 11 a.m. in Stafford County

Virginia Department of Transportation officials say the southbound lanes of I-95 in Stafford County will be closed until at least 11 a.m. Traffic is being detoured to southbound Route 17 and then onto Route 1 after a tractor-trailer carrying hazardous materials overturned.
