Tuesday, April 30, 2013 7:04:41 AM Local Commuter Alert Northbound lanes of I-95 in Fairfax County reopen after fatal crash; residual delays remain The main lanes of 1-95 North before the Fairfax County Parkway have reopened after a fatal crash closed them for several hours, authorities said. Delays are expected to remain throughout the morning rush hour. Virginia State Police said one person died in the crash, which involved a motorcycle and tractor-trailer. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
