Terms and Conditions
Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 10 days in advance of travel for domestic travel, but no later than 9:59pm CT on December 15, 2011. Sample fares shown are based on one-way booking for economy class travel on AirTran Airways.
Travel days/dates: For domestic fares shown, travel is valid Tuesdays and Wednesdays between January 5, 2012 and March 6, 2012. Additional domestic sale fares are valid for travel Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but fares are slightly higher. For international fares shown, travel is valid Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between January 5, 2012 and February 15, 2012.
Blackout dates: Domestic fares: December 22, 2011 - January 3, 2012; February 16-17, 20, and 26, 2012. Outbound international fares: December 16, 2011 – January 2, 2012, February 2-3, 2012, and February 15, 2012. Inbound international fares: December 23, 2011 – January 6, 2012, and February 6, 2012.
Min./max. stay: No minimum stay requirements or maximum stay restrictions apply.
*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment (defined as one takeoff and one landing); Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $30 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.
Other conditions: Travel not available to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Fares to/from Asheville, Atlantic City, and Moline/Quad Cities valid for travel until January 6, 2012. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Lower fares may be available. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your booking decision.
