Nordstrom Rack coming to downtown Washington

Nordstrom Rack is coming to downtown Washington.

The retailer, which sells discounted designer clothing, plans to take over the former Borders site at 1800 L Street NW, according to the company's Web site. The store is scheduled to open April 18.
