Multiple accidents have snarled the Beltway in Maryland this morning, leading to lane closures and heavy congestion. An accident on the outer loop is blocking multiple lanes before the Rockville Pike exit, while an accident on the inner loop has closed lanes before the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
