	Wednesday, April 11, 2012 12:32:29 PM TECHNOLOGY NEWS ALERT U.S. settles with some publishers in antitrust suit over e-book prices The government has filed papers in U.S. District Court in Manhattan saying it has reached a settlement with publishers Hachette, HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster over allegations of collusion on e-book prices. It will proceed with its lawsuit against Apple and other publishers, including Holtzbrinck Publishers, doing business as Macmillan, and The Penguin Publishing Co., doing business as Penguin Group.
